Hi. Are the fixed or can the variable system be used? Were fixed on the Octavia and Golf PHEV with the 1.4 engine, wondering whether that's changed. Thanks

It has changed with the 1.5 TSI. Can be Fixed or Variable / Flexible. 18,000-20,000 miles / 24 months. (But if running mainly on Electric and seldom firing up the engine best stay on fixed.) DQ400-e DSG is an Oil & Filter change at 40,000 miles or sooner.

Hi We got 2024 kamiq on Saturday. Husband tinkering with infocenter settings and somehow he has managed to delete the navigation button on the infocenter display. We used android auto to drive home but would like the option to use the skoda navigation is case the phone is stolen or lost. I have spent all morning trying to get it back but have had no luck. . I have tried going to the widgets but no nav shows to add. Tried forgetting phone just in case this overrides anything but that didn't wo

I'd been out for a drive with my partner today, coming back home on a country road, when I suddenly realised I was having a loss of power and, when I looked at the instruments, I saw that EPC was illuminated. I found somewhere to stop and looked in the manual and realised that it had gone into Limp Home mode, but after switching off and on again, the fault light cleared and I was able to drive the 25 or so miles home (carefully!) without problems.
