2025 Skoda Superb Navigation Update

Featured Replies

Hi. I am from Turkey. I want to make an expert install the navigation. I checked update portal to be sure that whether there is map update or not. I entered vin number but it showed that there is no new map data.

Is there anybody to explain the problem.

I assume that You have navigation package. Maps updates are automatic OTA. You do not need to do anything. I believe that the page where one can check map updates for a specific VIN number is meant for older cars.

Unfortunately in my country i cannot update via OTA.

This is the screenshot which says there is no map for my car. What is interesting is that i owned the prior Superb(mk 3) and i always could download updates from update portal and easily updated navigation. But, i controlled again with my old car's vin and now portal says that there is no map for old car too. That is to say, i did not come across a message like this until now and i updated for three years during my ownership. When i had entered the vin, portal showed maps which is appropriate for my car.

How can i solve this problem?

Does OTA not work because there is no mobile data option in your location? Do you have a current Infotainment online package?

If there is no mobile data option locally - Can you tether the car wifi to your phone (or home wifi is you park close to home)?
