I'm looking for some advice or shared experiences regarding a major infotainment issue I encountered today. My car is a 2020 Skoda Octavia MK4 Combi (1.0 TSI), currently out of warranty. While driving, the infotainment system started "acting possessed." It began with random reboots, followed by severe "ghost touching"—the menu jumps around, music turns on and off, and I hear constant phantom clicking sounds as if someone is tapping the screen rapidly. Eventually, the system overloads and crash

TL:DR - hi! superb 280: wet skiddy without quality back tyres? Hello everybody, New to the forum and owning a skoda. I've got a 2019 superb sportline 280 hatch. Are they known to get a bit unsettled at the back end in the wet? With the job I do I've driven both manual and dsg Haldex skodas (octavias and kodiaq), quite hard, and never experienced this. Granted the work cars are all diesel with Michelin crossclimates. I've had the car 2-3 months now and there's a bit of stuff in the boot. K

What it says on the tin, really; recently my oil warning light came on, flashed a few times, made a really loud intermittent beeping sound, and then turned off again. This happened several times during a journey, but actually stopped after a little while. I checked the oil level, and its fine, so I reckon it's an issue with the oil pressure sensor/switch (I did get an OBD tool, but that came up as no error codes, so I'm really in the dark here). Have come to use the A/C for the first time this past week and noticed that pressing the button for the recirculating air doesn’t appear to work. Button presses but nothing happens it doesn’t light up and stays off Also through the media center doesn’t do anything, wondering if anyone has come across this before? Or is it a trip to Skoda?

Sorry I have asked this before but can't find post. Need to know the torque/angle tightening for the front hub bolt to drive shaft. Remember there being a difference depending on 6 sided or 12 point but cant remember. Will be using new 12 point bolts and also tighten with wheel of ground. Was thinking of reusing original 12 point but it was so tight had to use a 3/4 inch breaker bar with a 5 foot pipe on it to get it to move so reckon its been stretched a fair bit. Alasdair
