Does anybody know whether a 150 amp alternator is readily available for the 1.6 L '99 model Felicia? My friend's Felicia keeps killing its battery when he turns his 1500 watt stereo system on. He has uprated to the largest optima battery that will fit the car, but the problem continues.

you might be better of fitting a large capacator instead, these can normally be bought from most car audio reatilers. withthis fitted you wont get the normal flickering of the lights when the bass kicks in.

iirc the largest alternator you can get to fit this engine is 120A version but it wont make a lot of difference to be honest
