Still 3,5 months to go to get my new Octy 2.0 TDI. I was wondering if anyone has changed dashboard lights to white ilumination instead of green. I've seen some photos of some tunning shop where interior dashboard lights were all white and for me it looks great.

I would like to know other people's opinion.

Well you'd really have to see them in action before you can make an educated decision.

If you want an opinion on changing the lights to white - try driving a Reault Laguna for 3 years- white and red looks really good....until you try to ignore it.

Personally, I found the white light distracting to the point where I was dimming the dash lights just so I could drive in the dark.

Green is easiest on the eye and therefore less distracting.

That's one hell of a lot of work!

Forget white lights..................PINK thongs are nicer!!

Love the white dash lights. Simply CBA changing them though, and as said, I would imagine them to very obtrusive at night.
