I'm now one month from ordering Octy 2.0 TDi Elegance hatchback.

I'm still little confused about two things:

- Is auto dimming rear view morror standard on Elegance or I have to ask for it as an option?

- I've heard that Elegance doesn't come with Audience radio anymore. I've learned that Audience gets 6 CD's (true?). So if Elegance now comes only with Stream radio, I have to ask for 6 CD's Changer, right?

And just one more thing. Dealer says it comes with the alarm as standard. Does it have independent sirene or when it goes off it screams on the car's horn? How do you close the windows with key fob? You hold it for two seconds and than it start closing all windows. Can you release the button or you have to hold it untill windows are closed?

I've never owned Skoda. I hope it's good choice. I owned one Fiat, seven VW Golfs and now I own Toyota Avensis 1.8 VVTi (2005) that I hate. I have it for one year and half and it gave me so many problems. Also, most of technology, buttons, dashboard, utilities are like in 15 years old car:thumbdwn: .

You have the comfort opening and closing of the windows / roof if fitted. Hold the unlock button on the key down to open windows or hold the lock button down to close. You have to keep pressed though.

I see you live in Portugal - the specifications for models can vary between countries.

on UK spec. Elegance the stream radio has a 6 cd changer in teh boot plus slot feed for one on the headunit.
