They are height adjustable only. The hardness depends on the ride height. When I had them fitted at the lowest (or Baker setting as I like to call it) it bas VERY hard. Now I've got it at half way, it's only slightly harder than oem

LOL, very funny!!

TBH the 19's are always going to add to the harsher ride as when I am running on my 17's the ride is a lot more comfortable but for me the hard ride isn't as bad in the Superb as the interior 'arm chairs' soak up the bumps!!
