i have a felicia 96 1.6 MPI accidentaly some water was poured on the ECU at first the car didn`t want to start i left it for 2 days then i tried to start it it started but now i fill that the car not ok when i press on the accelarator the insted of the engin sound come up it tryies to stop i have press the accelartor step by step so the car does not stop plz tell me what can i do thnx.

Have you checked that the leads and the inside of the distributor cap are dry?

make sure that the ignition coil/amplifier aren't full of water..... this is directly underneath the ecu with a ht plugged into it.
