Could cruise control be fitted to 1.2 Fabia? I'm going to buy an original CC hand-stick from E-bay. But, I'm not sure about the compatibility to 1.2 Fabia.

Yes it can. But its more than just the switch. There isnt any wiring in place, that will need to be made up.
