Optional indoor swimming pool

Featured Replies

Anybody else out there got a swimming pool under the front seats of their vRS? All four door seals(?) are leaking on my 54 plate 33,000mile car now smells like an old sock! Pools of water sit on the visible door seals.

Dealer is going to fit new seals inside the doors which they say will cure the problem. Anyone know if this works? They are also replacing the unmarked carpet.

Apart from the leaky door seals, the worn out seats (onto second covers and they won't replace them again), the faulty intercooler (no it hasn't been mapped),the washer pipes that have fallen off (yes I always use oe washer fluid), the rattly bonnet the car is brilliant!

:(

I have a VRS now but used to have Fabia 1.4 16v 100bhp and that always leaked in on the drivers side front door, the seals were replaced but it still carried on leaking in! Also the back washer pipe kept falling inside and leaking in the boot! It got to the point that everytime it froze in the winter, I daren't use the back washer, 'cos I knew it would always fall off!

I'v had me VRS for only 6 weeks but I hope it does not have the same problems throughout the winter:D
