Can anyone help? Ive got a Fabia y reg standard and i would like to know if a 06 reg vrs front bumper would fit my car.

YES; I've got a vRS front bumper on my '02 1.4mpi comfort.

You will need the fog lamps and possibly new front wheel arch liners, but apart from that its a straight fit. Cost overall will be about £350.

I can't say exactly 'cos I had mine fitted after the original front bumper, and other parts including the power streering pump @ £450, got destroyed by hitting a montjack deer! Ouch.

Hasn't that got the same round foglights as the vRS already? Reduces the cost at least. All you need then is the vRS bumper and the arch liners and engine tray (all attach to the front bumper in a different style to the "others" )
