recently my rear jet wash has been blocked and not been working , its is now unblocked but works to well as it now misses the rear screen completely and squirts right over the car. so my 1st question is how do you adjust the jet to get it to squirt on the rear screen? my 2nd question is can you buy parts for the rear wiper motor as i think the metal pipe that goes through the screen in to the jet washer is corroded as it leaks into the car?

For the first point, I would stick a pin in the hole and line it up, test and adjust

Yep, use a pin and push it gently towards the rear window of the car.
