Does anyone know how to take front bumper off standard fabia:confused: , as it needs rubbed down, re-sprayed and adjusted.

In this case, I'd leave it. If your finding it difficult to take the bumper off, you'll find it impossible to put the bumper back on. But to take it off, undo all screw's insight, and then just tug it hard, I think theres two clips in the 'top' middle of the bumper also.
