I have KW Variant 1 Coilovers with the front being about 45mm low and the rear is 40mm low, I have completely removed the adjustment piece on the rear suspension to achieve this look. I purchased the KW's from Awesome GTI.

The number plates cost me

Really like the look of your car. The wheels are fantastic and it looks a whole lot better lowered.

Thanks mate, money well spent so far I believe, more mods to come in the future though......

What were the size of the screws you used Mr Baker? When I fitted mine to my former Toledo, I trimmed those central lugs and the clips around the edge.

What preparation did you do prior to fixing it to the bumper?

Regards

Well I basically had to use fairly short and stubby screws that I had lying around in my collection at home, nothing specific.

With the centre of the spoiler I had to cut down the two support bars, right down to the strengthening rib that is moulded inside it, then I screwed these two sections to the middle of the bumper in an area that I thought was central.

Then it was just a case of bending the spoiler round into the right areas and using screws to fix it into position. Once I had it in the correct place I basically put a screw in each tab and then trimmed off the ends that sit infront of the wheel arch...................then 'Bob's your uncle' finished product.

With regards to preparation the only thing I did was wash the bumper, LOL!!

Well mate, I try.......LOL!!

Thanks for your comment on the motor.

So what's next on the mod list, that's the question!!!

Well Mr B seeing as you only live down the road in L Spa, why don't you come along to my meet on the 10th December (see Midlands meet section) as we rarely get any modded Superbs.

John S & his good lady came in his standard Superb last time.

Hope to see you there. Car looks great BTW

I do indeed only live down the road mate, the problem is that I have my Xmas Hockey do the night before which could be messy, I have posted in the thread and I will keep an eye out on any updates.

If I do come along then it's more than likely I won't have my 19's on.

I'll quite happily look after your 19's for a while Mr B:thumbup:

I know just the place to put them!!!

No chance mate, they won't handle the grit and poor weather conditions so they will be cleaned, wrapped up and stored until the weather improves next year!!

Back to the OEM Solid 17's!!!!

Only just picked up on this thread... once again your mod looks absolutly tip top
