I'm still looking for a source for upgraded rear shocks *alone* for my Fabia vRS - not combo coil/shock units - which all seem to involve additional lowering of the ride height. While a full suspension upgrade with lowering may be great for some, living in central London means dealing with lots of speed bumps and all I want to do is impove the damping on the rear alone.

Surely Koni or Bilstein offer a straight replacement rear shock but with adjustment? If not, does anyone know if the new Polo GT's rears would fit? Thanks - SteveP

Konis will fit without lowering. They do make shorter dampers for use if you've lowered (the damper rod is shortened). But the standard ones will fit just fine.
