What is the maximum possible Bhp that can be obtained from a 1.9Tdi 110Bhp engine? And what would it entail?

depends how much money you are talking???

have a look at the allard website..

you could probably get 250bhp out of one of these babies, but you would need an awefull lot of wonga to do it
