Window, Door Card, HELP!

Hello,

I have read a LOT, believe me, a lot here, why, well, my window just stop working, making a weird noise. I started to opening the door, see if i can fix it. After taking out the first panel, the one that holds the window switch i have the what i see is called Door Card. It a metal, alumminium color stuff. I removed all the screews i think. but there are four, missing, that seems to be pasted from the inside door. I dont even know what screwdriver iam going to use..

I have no idea how to take this apart. Mmm, the Window itself (glass part) is down. (Window is Open) .... i could nt close it when it started making the noise and stop working ....

Can anybody give me and SPECIFIC help . . .
