Are they UK spec? if not the beam pattern will be wrong.

These floated around a while ago, but they were only available from (LHD) overseas countries and as such would be unsuitable for the UK roads. IIRC, though, there was a talk of a RHD version being produced?

Can the black lampholder be painted or masked body colour? If not, then IMO it would look pretty gawping on anything except black.
