OK. Good news is I finally have a price from the States. :rolleyes: So I shall pay for all 48 tonight at some stage. The other 12 are coming from another Briskodian (bryanD) who had some left over. :) So that makes 60, I think. ;) 2 more going available. Once I find out I have escaped customs charges (If I get hit, I'm afraid I'll pass it on) I'll get PMs sent with details of how to pay me / BryanD for all of them. Hopefully they'll all be out within 2 weeks (depending on time to get from USA)

EDIT: SCRATCH THAT! Bryan only has 8 spares at most, so I'm cutting my Dad's order back. With enough demand I'll do another 48 buy some time in the future. :)

Not to worry. Money has been sent. If I don't get hammered for customs, it looks like the final group buy price will be under £4, but not by that much. Here's to hoping it sneaks through. :)

Be aware this stuff only really starts shifting off the screen at 30mph+. But even below this, it beads nicely enabling clear vision, and when stopped it runs down the screen nicely once gravity takes over. Also, when you get a nice sidewind gust, it all blows across the screen and over the A pillar. :D:rofl:

OK - Just received notice of why this package hasn't arrived yet. Customs have added their little bit on to the parcel, so sadly I have to pass this on. Not a huge cost thankfully, but it pushes the total cost per Aquapel to £4.50 all in, instead of £4.00. I will PM everyone applicable above with payment details a.s.a.p. But not tonight, as I'm off out on the lash! :rofl: :dtp:

Oh - and last weekend I finally got round to applying some from the first mini-group buy of this stuff that I organised - its working well so far.

Hi Andy.

I'm starting to wonder, whether it would be ultimately cheaper to get these in in 24s not 48s, as it seems to be low enough in value for customs not to bother. Being hammered for an extra £25 has turned my attempted GB into a more expensive one than yours (well, marginally more)

Do you know how many bryand purchased, and whether he got landed with the customs charge?
