Silver looked great until big stone chip appeared on the wing. Metalic silver is the hardest colour to repair and would need to be resprayed. I don't want it resprayed as it is only 6 months old!

I am going to attempt to use the skoda touch in pen. Any suggestions on making the chip look better and using the touch in pen would be appreciated.

You could ask Chips Away or similar SMART repair agent to do the work for you.

Alternatively if you are going to attempt this work yourself, you might want to avoid using the touch up brush and use a cocktail stick instead to give you more control where the paint goes.

it will take you half a million years to do it with a cocktail stick though, since they won't hold the paint.

if you've a steady hand, go into a hobby/craft shop and get a small detail brush and try that
