Thats the insurance random number generator ( tumbola ) for you. Doesnt usualy work in your favour tho.

i have an image now of there being hundreds of little old women sat in a room runing tombola's picking the numbers for insuarance quotes all over the UK :confused:

I'd bet my money on them missing off the Legal Expenses Cover, inadvertently changing your excess, not including IPT etc. etc. Check your docs. carefully when you get them.

I went through it all at the time and as far as I know everything was the same. She tried to increase the excess, but eventually reduced it to my original price. Mind you, the line to the call centre on the other side of the world was a bit iffy, the delay on the line was quite noticeable and the two differing accents did cause a bit of confusion. Fingers crossed then.

I spend that amount on a weekend drinking :(
