i have never attempted a flat out run in my car , not even in Germany last year on the Ring trip , 115mph felt quite stable though , so wouldn't be worried about going faster

felt very uncomfortable in a friends Leon Cupra R at 125mph whilst a passenger but wasn't too concerned being driven in a chipped VW Bora at 135mph

I put tyres..... tyres bug me.... just had problems with my nearside front (thanks go out to Tom_VRS for the free spare 215/40/16, because without having that sitting in my shed , one of my pupils wouldn't be doing his test tomorow, as it takes time for tyres to be ordered!) my nice grippy avon got a puncture (unrepairable) , and went down without warning during a days work, front sliding was my first idea of something wrong... would hate to think of the idea of checking your tyres in the morning, everything fine, getting a puncture during the day, being at high speed, then the tyre going pop!!! dread to think :( got the spare on now though until the new one arrives! thanks again Tom...

edit: is it the V10 in the M5? I followed one out of Sheff, onto the parkway, and the acceleration was (in all seriousness) the fastest I've ever seen.... I was stunned

Yeah it's a 5.0 V10 alright :)

The acceleration is awesome, it makes the other half feel ill lol

Random animals running across the road concern me somewhat. I had a deer run across the A24 in front of me and if I had hit it, it would have been curtains for sure.

TBH it's almost a dead heat between a blowout and a ban, if you get banned you don't generally get killed. But a tyre going @say 130+mph.......................

I've maxed every car i've ever owned. :D

Can you put some photo's up of the beast please :)
