Fabia Electric Window

Hi all. New here and am trying to sort out the Fabia. The passenger side front window regulator failed the other day, so I replaced this. But now the electric window motor does nothing, and neither does the mirror on this door.

Does anyone know if I need to do something else? I also bought a new motor off the internet, although when it arrived it was lacking the connection for the mirror plug, but I tried it anyway but it did not work.

I am puzzled. I have power in the one of the thick wires that goes into one of the three plug connectors for the motor. Other than that I am stuck. No manual either!!!
