Is there any way to adjust the free travel of the clutch pedal?, ie the distance it springs up after de-clutching. It seems really long, which means ive got to bend my foot backwards at an acute angle or rest it on clutch (never a good thing).

Unfortunately becuase its so high and i have great big clown feet i cant put my foot on the rest provided , it just depresses the clutch part way if i try lol or when i try taking my foot off the rest i have to slide it out (again not good if i had to do a sudden gear change)
