One of my new seats is in

Featured Replies

But not enough time to fiddle around with the 2nd one (which should take less time as a lot of time was spent hacking around with the subframe...)

Essentially what has happened is the original subframe has been added to, to bolt the new seat to the fabia subframe. Involved a fair bit of jiggery pokery to get it right. The seat sits quite high in the car though, something I don't mind - At least I should be able to keep the rake handle when the driver's seat is done.

About time I had some seats which hug my a55. :D

:wrthless: ;)

Oh, and the net result is a barebones look too. ;) All the plastic from the original seats had to be ditched along with the cushioned areas. :D

Also decided to remove the AV IT, Diesel AND THE BIG BRISKODA.net sticker too! My boot is looking quite plain....
