vrs steering

Featured Replies

HI have recently purchased 56 reg fabia vrs the steering seems to want to drift towards nearside and doesnt seem to feel right , dealer said no problem when checked 3 weeks ago taking it back monday as problem still there. Has anyone experienced this problem with their car if so what rectified it. Thanks:confused:

Mine has done it since new. Had three sets of wheels, fitted new shocks and springs and had the tracking done about 5 times. Still pulls to the left.

Do a search, a lot of them seem to do it.

Road camber........

Mine will track to which ever way the road camber is. 95% of the time on single carriageways its to the left, but it will track right also, usually on motorways which sometimes have the camber aimed towards the central reservation.

this is the most likely...... remember big fat low profile tyres follow the imperfections in the road... however I just had my control arm bushes replaced, and mine tracks straight now ;)
