Look at the e-mail trail below - it started when I asked for a quote for an oil change and a 20 K service, the quote for an oil change was originally

that 20k price is similar to the one i had when i supplied the oil , in the end i paid approx £148 because they gave me some discount

£173 i suspect will be the annual service.
