Having spoken to two different skoda dealers, and got two different answers, can anyone say definitively, will vrs bumpers (especially the front) fit on an '04 estate?

everything looks the same from what i can see, but are there things to prevent it working?

Yep, the Estate bumper has longer sides to it.
