Firstly, are there any Tuning Boxes available for the new TDi vRS? If so, where and how much?

Yes there are proper digital boxes available for this engine (used in Golf V & Passat ) - so may need to look at VW on tuning box sites, if they have not updated their list for the Skoda.

I had a proper digital tuning box (around £300) fitted to my Golf V 140pd last year.

It worked well and was quite easy to fit.

Car was on a lease - so it was easy to remove once lease ended.

You can fit one for the first time in about 20 mins (the plug on the side of the engine for the injectors can be a bit fiddly) and you need to make a power and earth connection to the battery with spade connectors.

Once you know how the injector plug opens and closes - you can remove and refiit the box in a few minutes.
