Car at dealers, not heard owt yet

Featured Replies

Hi all, nothing exciting but i took my car to DM Kieths on friday ( 6:45 am) to get the flashing lights on pod looked at......not heard a thing yet, getting worried that they say cant find owt but you owe us yer arm n leg.....??

Surprised they didnt ring me to say they would keep over the weekend....mind you i suppose i will get it back soon.......i did tell them to ring me before fitting any parts and price ( just in case i can get done else where cheaper ??)

Over the last few days its been very intermittent like just 1-2 odd beeps n flashes....wonder if all this bad weather caused damp in summat, no water or bad mist in the car so will c whats they say...

Well foned DM Kieths this morning and they said they sent signals to the ECU and Immobilizer and no flashing or beeping has occured since, they did mension that it could be the alarm or the radio thats sending a positive signa to either one......its now ready to pick up and the total bill is......................................................................................NOTHING........WOW WEE.

All i can say is its a massive  to D.M.Kieths in Bradford. Did tell Mark on the service desk that they came highly recommended from members of said forum and he said thanks for that.

Will c if its actually curred when i drive it to work n back tommorrow ( 90m round trip).

Spevie, highly delighted so far.....:D
