Uprated clutch for pd100 5 speed?

Just wondered if anyone has any experience or advice on a clutch for a pd100.

My cars running just over 180bhp and 400nm torque.

I have searched for ages but the only one I can find is one from Allard. Is this the only one available?

Also, would I benefit from getting a better flywheel too?
