surprise surprise is sodding polish

on a slight tangent here and not wanting to sound racist but the sodding polish are doing my crust in, they seem to be taking over oxford!

a hell of a lot of shops now have polish signs up offering discounts to polish people and in the string of shops very close to me a polish shop has appeared!! :mad:

i have no problem with people coming here to work but they bloody well taking over!!

My Missus is always going on about Polish, She says " Mr Sheen makes umteen things clean ".........................Better than Pledge though..

why can't we be more like australia and only let people in to live if they have something to offe to the country be it money, skills or an employer etc

we seem to let in and take on anybody and everybody wether they have anything or are serious criminals. we take them in give them a house and pay their way whilst the rest of us work for our money

gotta love briskoda sometimes, i totally agree with the above comments, in our lovely area its kosavans and polish woohoo.

going back to the car i will never understand how or why people buy cars like this.

notice the lack of parcel shelf and lining on the back of the rear seats ... where these weight saving mods suggested by a certain mongrel car owner ...

I bet its the 1.0 MPI?? Those bumpers look rank , the wheels would be easily sorted with some full wheel covers tho.

FWIW although i dont like the car.. i think its a great idea making a model that is budgetable for students... bit like the Vdub fox. U still get a perfectly good car for your money.

Not just for students - it takes all the functionality of the Fabia but without any of the frills. I'd be tempted by one as a commuting hack - I don't really care about painted bumpers or what the wheels look like, and if it was about

Yeah, I was looking at the fox as a replacement for my polo (I love VAG cars!!) and fell in love with all of it, but was put off by the blind spot on the front pillar near the wing mirror :(
