Rear Arch Liner -Octy RS

Featured Replies

Anyone know how easy (&how much) this is to replace? (Driver's side)

I took the car instead of the van to do a site survey at Otterburn Firing Range today, and during a rather enthusiastic drive back along the A696 i had a coming together with a bloody pizza box !!

It's ripped the leading edge off the arch liner, a section about 6 inches square. Nothing major really, but i'd rather not let the weather get at it for too long.

Cheers :)

Details of the rear O/S wheel liner for a 2WD Octavia are as follows:

Thanks Denis

I was hoping it was relatively straightforward, my only concern was if the suspension passed through a hole in the liner or something stupid like that.

Looks like I may have to change both my rear arch liners at some point.....whilst doing th erear brakes I found that my left rear has a crack in it and the right one has a couple of chunks missing.

How the f**ck did they happen.

You've been driving over pizza boxes too then ? :D

How about a group-buy on new arch liners?

....better not laugh too quickly though....we'll see what the populance want. ;)

Whilst I had the wheels off found one of them's got a nail inn it. :( No wonder that one keeps on going down.

Probably have to get a new tyre now.
