1.9tdi Pd

Featured Replies

I am just about to trade in my 1.9tdi (90 bhp)octy in for a Mk2 octy 1.9tdi PD (105BHP) What does the PD stand for?. Any known problems with the PD units?

I would have thought your old octy was a PD aswell, but it means Pump Deuse, meaning a pump per injector.

Nope, the 90bhp unit had an injection pump.

The old 110 TDI was non PD wasn't it?
