I'm looking for a Vauxhall equivelent of ETKA - I believe its called EPC 3.0.

Not quite, the equivalent of VAS 5051 is Tech2. They dont have an equivalent of VAG COM.

Its an ETKA equivilent for part numbers etc. that I'm after. You can diagnose faults by bridging two connections on the diagnostic port - lights in the dash then flash out the fault in morse code type patterns.
