The usual toolbar at the bottom of the screen ("Start" etc) has arrived on the righthand side of my screen. How do I move it back to the bottom please?

PS to Mike: That computer's on WinME and doesn't have that right-click option. Probably need to shovel more coal in the back. Incidentally and completely irrelevantly, I came across a massive and ancient SQL dmp file, and this site: sqlservercentral
