just got my dell 6400 with options and couldn't go for the internal bluetooth as dell said it wouldn't work but found out later on from a random website that it does so started searching and ordered the following from ebay:

if you look at the following ebay item it has installation instructions which are extremely simple

i presonally ordered one from the first item at about 12:30 thursday night and it turned up saturday morning

i think the 1501 doesn't have the option of an internal BT adapter though does it?

does yours have an unlit bluetooth symbol next to the wi-fi stu? if not then dell never intended it to have bluetooth.

I don't think it does Ben so that probably answers that. lol.
