No I don't. :(

Probably explains why you can't get it working then.

NATFWDEIOUSFA - not actually that funny why does everyone insist on using stupid f****** acronyms :)

...of course (lol!)

With standard seats; if you twist the mirror control joystick to 'R' you can then move both mirrors down together with the joystick, and back up after.

Manual operation I know but it gets the job done.

When I first got mine I thought that that was a fault! Not keen on that feature if I'm being honest.

I use it frequently; particularly when reversing towards the kerb - it stops me worrying about scraping my alloys.

Can be turned off - Maxidot on newer cars, VAG-COM on older.

I do the same but how often do you actually need both to move together?, - the curb is usually on one side or the other, not both.

Hold on...

Electric seats....? COOL

Why don't they advertise these things!! That sounds like a cool feature with the mirror - stange you need electric seats for it though. Its definately the mirror that moves down and not the seat moving up....?

Anyway, how much do the electric seats costs and will the dealer know how to order them?

Hoping to place an Octy II order very soon, does a conclusive list of all the Octy II options & prices exist anywhere?

Ross

...But they don't seem to list ALL the options. Heated seats are missing as are the electronic seat controls.

I'm on the French site now trying to look at the Octavia Options (PDF) but not having much fun deciphering the language.

Heated seats area recent addition to the vRS spec sheet, electric seats aren't an option but are standard on the L&K IIRC.

Aah - that makes sense now!

Pity though, I would of liked electric seats in a vRS - can't have it all I s'pose, the heated seats should be a goer tho.

Just by chance the dealer offered me an Octy vRS for a test drive yesterday...now I've already got most of the options picked and the MFD2 install instructions sussed! (nice write-up btw )

You may find that it could cost you an extra

Yeah, going to try get it ordered in the next 7-10 days to hopefully take delivery in time for the current deal. If its not going to be possible, I'd rather wait longer and pay more to get the bits n bobs I want. This one will likely be with me for a good 4-5 years, want to keep it interesting!
