Newbie, with a little story.

Featured Replies

Hi all, i picked up my vRS yesterday and absolutely love it, it's a '05 in Silver totally standard model, full service history by Dean of Dumfries having been their demo and having only one owner after that, it's covered only 12500 miles.

One thing i have noticed is that the 'rear seat interlock' lamp stays on for the 20 seconds to show that they're not 'interlocked' but both seat backs are locked in the upright position! am i missing something?

Hello and welcome to Briskoda.

Sorry I can't help with your problem but hopefully this bump will get your thread seen by someone who can!

The sensor for this is on the bit where the seat clips into in the back, on the double seat IIRC, try opening them and closing again, may be a switch problem.

I had a switch problem with the bonnet sensor on my Fabia vRS where the alarm was always going off and after I filled up the washer bottle it has not done it again.

If no luck take it back.

HTH
