Having a forced clear out and found the following server, while it isn't currently for sale I would appreciate some advice on what it is worth.

- 2 x 2.66GHz Intel Xeon CPU

- 8GB DDR 2700 RAM

- Mobo has 2 * SATA ports, 2 * PATA ports (4 drives) -

- Onboard Graphics

- PCIe x8 slot, PCIe x4 riser slot, 4 * PCI-X 133, 1* PCI

- USB (2 ext + 2 internal)

- Dual GB ethernet

I'd probably throw that in a quality full tower case and put the following in:

- Hardware SATA raid card (0/1/5 & 10/50)

This honestly isn't a for sale thread, i just don't have a clue what it is worth today.

pretty good setup, but unsure of price. The price of the separate parts maybe more than you would get for a working system.

It's worth what someone will pay for it I'll give you a fiver for it

lol well if i decide to sell i might go a shade of green and put a thread up.

But then i might just keep it under the stairs as a web, database and file server.
