worth upgrading to windows media player 10/11 ?

Featured Replies

I'm currently running Windows media player 9 on my laptop and have been loathe to upgrade to media player 10 and now 11 due to the DRM aspect of it , the reason i'm asking is that i want to download an episode of C.S.I. that i missed last Tuesday from the Channel Five website , but i need the later versions of media player to make it work

so my question is , is it worth upgrading ? will it stop me doing stuff that i can do now with WMP 9 due to DRM ? will it slow my lappy down considerably ?

I don
