Hi all, My 05 Fabia's suspension is squeaking when negotiating speed bumps, it also seems to come from the front and back, any ideas before i goto the dealers on monday, btw its only done 32000 miles

Sounds odd, but my vRS does it when it's dry weather.

Maybe a wifes tale but seems to stop after wet weather.

Needs someone like Lummox to answer that, he has extensive car knowledge, he may ahev heard of this problem before?

my guess is control arm bushes... mine started with the noises on speed bumps, and that's what I ended up replacing...... (mine were more noisy in the wet... quiet in the dry..)

front roll bar bushes ? loads of threads on here about the same fault , squirt of WD40 on each bush may stop the squeak

i can't see it making any difference , they only last about 3 years anyway before the ARB collars break and the whole lot requires replacement
