Engine coolant

Featured Replies

Hiya looks like our fabia has run out of coolant after 2 weeks of ownership (was serviced 2 weeks ago at dealer!)

Bought some TL774D (pink) coolant to replace it what percentage do you use to dilute it to water it says no more than 70% concentration?

Looks like a small amount of mayo on the oil filler tap ...interesting ..Ah well its good to have a dealer warantee atleast :D

Cheers

Mike

Do you mean run out as in empty ?. If no obvious leaks i think a carefull trip back to the dealer would be in order ASAP. Sounds like it could be expensive - get it checked before your warranty runs out............

You need to use G12/G12 plus coolant.

I would personally use the stuff from the dealer as you can't get it wrong then and it isn't expensive.

I'd echo what was said above, if you are out of coolant you have a problem and should get the car checked out while in warrenty.
