Octy II vRS rear bumper & exhaust

Featured Replies

Anyway I have to change rear bumper on my TDI to new one. And I am start thinking – maybe not bad idea to fit new one from vRS? Can somebody post photo from the bottom of exhaust pipes on vRS? (Just have to understand is this possible or not without exhaust change)

I have just fitted Chrome trims to my tdi's standard exhaust - you have to cut the down-turn part of the pipes off or the trims would block the flow, and its a s0d of a job as they must have been heated to get the bend and then then bending work hardens.

I used a Black and Decker Scorpion saw and got through a metal cutting blade on each pipe - you would never do it by hand and a jig saw blade is not long enough.

Still even with the standard octy bumper it looks good and was worth the effort

Here are the pics of mine

Is that the official skoda exhaust trim, or an aftermarket one?

Cheers
