Yes to both tbh Bob, just to be on the safe side.

It may be an unwanted expense at hoilday time, but you can then zoom off with impunity.

It would probably be a good idea then, as they advise they are changed at 4 years anyway...

however mine did 78k on its cambelt no worries :) (mine was due to be changed at 80k.. it was two years old..)

I know, it's just I imagine if Skoda wanted to be funny about warranty claims, it'd be aggravated using a non dealer for servicing etc.
