interior light and warning lights in doors staying on

Featured Replies

Lads, wanna pick your brains on this, maybe you have seen it before.

When you stop the car and take key from ignition the interior light and door warning lights stay on even after alarm is activated. The same happens when you start up and drive off. The timer control box under dash has already been changed but no joy, car is due back in next week maybe for a few days because "it's an electrical fault might be tricky to find" The car is under warranty but get the feeling they ain't got a clue. So if I could point them in the right direction might get car back quicker:)

Cheers

I presume you / they have messed with the overhead 3 way light switch ?

sorry yeah they changed that as well

I'd be checking the door catches with diagnostics and seeing if they were registering the doors correctly.
