I have got my 20k service coming up and wondering what ppl in the south wales area have paid.

Capitol Skoda in Newport have quoted me

Try ringing a couple more dealers in the area and see how they compare. You could also ask them for a breakdown as to how they reach that price so you can decide whether it represents good value

Try looking on the section that deals with the different dealers in each area - and then try phoning these and playing them off against each other. I have done this with other makes and models and always seem to get price down - god luck:)
