Jon was the salesman, nice chap, not at all pushy. I liked the look of the car but didnt think I could afford it but he did a deal and that was that.

Only trouble is its still in the showroom and I dont want anyone touching it or sitting in it.

Isn't it legally possible to cancel such an agreement within a certain time period? (That is, if you are really regretting it)

Sorry to hijack the thread but I noticed some of you are from my neck of the woods Bristol.

Do any of you know of dealers in the area that are sympathetic about modding the car whilst still under warranty (jabba arb and remap)? Are Streets ok?

the manager just said to get used to the power first

I gotta take it in for a broken button when i can be bothered, so i'll ask about doing some minor mods then.

they do seem like such really, really nice lovely people!!!

Streets seem eager to please but I dont know how they regard modding. I would expect that most dealers would have a laid back approach to it unless the failure could be contributed to the mod. ie power boost and engine failure.

Probably best to give them a call and have a chat without giving your details away.
