I've done a search but haven't found anything that could answer my query.

Can you disassemble and grease the rear wheel bearings on a Fabia Vrs or are they sealed for life?

There isn't anything wrong with them it is just that it used to be a maintainance job I did on my dad's VW Jetta and it seemed better for it.

As Ric says, its a sealed bolt on hub unit.
