Pulled the Trigger on vRS HB

Hi, and greetings from Finland!

I've never owned a car before; the automotive tax is pretty high in Finland and I live in Helsinki, so I've not had a need for a car before. However, my workplace offered a possibility to work in Norway for one year starting in september, and as it happens, if you live at least one year abroad you're exempted from the automotive tax for one car.

That fact makes buying a car a no-brainer. After comparing different brands I noticed that Skoda offers the best bang for the kind of money I was willing to spend. Namely, the Octavia vRS. Other candidates were Golf GTI (more expensive than Skoda), Civic Type-R (too teenage), Mazda MPS 3 etc..

I ordered the hatchback with race blue, 18", 6 cd changer + 12 speakers, a better anti-theft device (xenon, cruise, all electric windows and climatic are standard over here, for example) List price with taxes would've been 38 k
